1. Hot-rolled steel pipes should be delivered in hot-rolled or heat-treated state. When a heat treatment condition is required for delivery, it should be stated in the contract.

2. Cold-drawn (rolled) steel pipes shall be delivered in a heat-treated condition. According to the requirements of the buyer, the supplier and the buyer negotiate and indicate in the contract that they can also be delivered in cold rolled (rolled) condition.
